These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Club'd ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Club'd lets students discover, favorite, and join school clubs, and submit requests to create new clubs. Club and platform administrators use a companion admin tool to manage clubs, categories, and membership data.
You may use the App as a guest with limited functionality, or sign in with Google or Apple to sync your favorites and joined clubs across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you sign in with.

Club creation requests are reviewed by administrators before a club is published. We may approve, reject, or request changes to a submission at our discretion, and may remove or edit club listings that violate these Terms.
We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your own account at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which permanently removes your profile and preferences from our systems.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that club information is always accurate, complete, or up to date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club'd and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
